Pet Policy

Pet Fees:

• $450 One-Time Fee for 1 pet
• $700 One-Time Fee for 2 pets (No more than 2 animals are allowed)
• $25 Monthly Pet Rent ($50 for 2 pets)
• $24.95 Annual Pet Screening Fee

Aquariums:

Aquariums are allowed (20-gallon maximum) on the first floor only with proof of insurance for the entire term of the lease.

Restricted Animals/Breeds:

The following animals and breeds are not allowed (Service/Companion animals may not be subject to these lists):

• Exotic or Poisonous Animals:
  • Birds (parrots, cockatiels, macaws), Tarantulas, Reptiles (snakes, iguanas), Ferrets, Skunks, Racoons, Squirrels, Piranhas, Rabbits

Community Operations Fee

There will be a $50 monthly charge for a community operations fee. This fee will cover the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities within the apartment community.
